岗位要求：

1、计算机及相关专业的本科生，一年以上工作经验，优秀应届毕业生

2、后端: 具备在Java/Spring 体系下的面向对象编程知识，掌握RESTful API, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, SQL，如具备Elasticsearch或NoSQL (MongoDB) 经验

3、前端: Web/HTML/CSS 编程经验，掌握 Angular和 RESTful API使用，如具备React或Vue经验

4、有英语4级证书及以上，具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力

5、具有Mobile 的开发经验，Flutter 经验者

6、具有良好的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力

7、具有成熟及卓越的工作态度、创新精神、表现主动、具有良好的书面表达和沟通能力, 具备团队合作精神

8、能够承受工作压力，乐意面对挑战

Responsibilities:

• Independently design, develop, and deliver assigned development tasks.

• Enhance, upgrade, and maintain existing applications and system components.

• Design and prepare unit test plans to ensure code quality and stability.

• Write clean, efficient code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.

• Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned by leadership.

• Continuously learn, adopt, and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

• Follow company policies and development schedules under the guidance of the Team Lead (TL).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 1+ year of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Backend development experience with object-oriented programming in the Java / Spring ecosystem, including: Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JPA / Hibernate, SQL

• Experience with Elasticsearch or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.

• Frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, and web technologies, including:

• Angular and consuming RESTful APIs

• Experience with React or Vue is a plus.

• CET-4 certificate or equivalent, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Mobile application development experience, particularly with Flutter, is preferred.

• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• A mature and positive work attitude with strong self-motivation, initiative, and an innovative mindset.

• Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of teamwork.

• Able to work under pressure and willing to take on challenges.
