About the Role
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will architect and optimize the CRM systems, data, and processes that power our global marketing team. Your work will focus on pipeline generation, customer acquisition efficiency improvement, and cross-functional alignment with definitions, processes and SOPs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end management of our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
- Evaluate and implement new tools (e.g., MeetVisitors, StoreLeads) to scale data enrichment and demand generation efforts.
- Set up the lead generation process to manage leads from different channels and sources via Martech tool and CRM.
- Design multi-touch attribution models to quantify the impact of campaigns (paid ads, webinars, field events) on pipeline and revenue.
- Enforce data hygiene standards (UTM parameters, CRM field mapping) to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Manage and optimize lead lifecycle management: lead segmentation, scoring, routing, and SLA enforcement between marketing and sales based on lifecycle stages.
- Create nurture streams (email/SMS/ads) triggered by behavioral data to strategically convert leads to the next step.
- Build real-time dashboards to track KPIs: CAC, MQL-to-SQL rate, and channel-specific ROAS.
- Partner with Sales Ops to align lead qualification criteria and pipeline forecasting models.
- Train teams on tool adoption and best practices (e.g., HubSpot use, marketing automation).
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
- Expertise in CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), Martech tool (Marketo)
- Proven success in building lead generation and lifecycle management processes
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Fluent English with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
