The Role 

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with strategic clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance value through our innovative solutions. Your ability to build strong partnerships, understand client needs, and deliver results will contribute to the continued growth and success of both our clients and TradeBeyond. 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, from C-Level and senior executives to system users.
  • Understand clients' company structure, business objectives, challenges, and pain points related to their supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction, drive product adoption and value maximization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their supply chain processes using our solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management and clients teams, highlighting performance metrics, account growth, and ROI.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and addressing feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements 

  • Degree or above in any discipline 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding / supply chain or related 
  • Experience in IT business system implementation would be highly preferred 
  • Excellent customer management skills and leadership 
  • Knowledge in data analysis / Scrum / Agile is an added advantage 
  • Experience in developing long term and trusted relationships with corporate clients 
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills, with strong business acumen 
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking 
  • Business travel is required
