About the Role

As the Website & SEO Manager, you will lead the technical and content-driven optimization of our website to maximize organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience. You will bridge the gap between product marketing, content, and engineering teams to ensure our website serves as a key channel for brand awareness, user education and lead generation

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CMS (WordPress) updates, plugin integrations, and security patches.
  • Conduct A/B tests on CTAs, forms, and page layouts to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor website uptime, performance, and user behavior via GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Audit and optimize website architecture, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
  • Resolve crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement SEO-friendly URL structures, canonical tags, and redirects.
  • Develop and execute a keyword strategy targeting ideal prospects/customers.
  • Partner with product marketing and content team to optimize landing pages, blog content, and product documentation for search intent and SERP features.
  • Track and report on organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and MQL generation.
  • Regularly conduct competitor digital marketing strategy analysis to optimize and improve website operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency in technical SEO tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and web analytics (GA4).
  • Proven success in driving organic traffic growth and improving keyword rankings.
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
