About the Role

Our development process heavily leverages AI tools for UI generation, code generation, and rapid prototyping. We're looking for a practical, problem-solving developer who can work alongside AI-generated code, implement complex requirements, debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure the application works reliably.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding existing code, troubleshooting problems, integrating APIs, and converting business requirements into working solutions.

Experience: 1–4 years

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
  • Work with React.js applications and support frontend integration when required.
  • Review, understand, and enhance AI-generated code.
  • Debug application issues and identify root causes efficiently.
  • Implement features that AI tools are unable to generate correctly.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs.
  • Work with databases and optimize queries.
  • Fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to convert requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and application stability.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities.

Required Skills

Backend

  • Strong knowledge of Node.js
  • Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks
  • REST API development and integration
  • Authentication and authorization concepts
  • Database design and query optimization

Frontend

  • Good knowledge of React.js
  • Understanding of component-based architecture
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Database

  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Writing efficient queries and troubleshooting database issues

Debugging & Problem Solving

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to analyze logs, errors, and application behavior
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts
  • Ability to quickly identify and fix production issues

AI Tools

  • We use AI extensively for coding, UI generation, prototyping, and development workflows.
  • Candidates should be proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent platforms.
  • Comfort reading, refactoring, and improving AI-generated code is essential.

Tools & Technologies

  • Git and version control
  • Postman or API testing tools
  • Basic cloud / server deployment knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
  • Type-scripting is a must
