We're already #1 in SEO for our category and trusted by leading brands across the U.S. We're building three focused business units (Hospitality, Campus, and Port Eco System), and we're looking for someone to own one of them end to end.
About the Role
This role owns our Campus vertical in the U.S. market: business campuses, universities, medical campuses, government campuses, and senior living campuses. You'll work remotely from India during U.S. business hours, build the playbook from the ground up, open conversations, run pitches, close deals, and lay the foundation for a team as the vertical scales.
You'll work directly with the CEO & Co-Founder and alongside our General Manager of Business, who anchors the broader eco system. A global team already supports lead generation, prospecting, and event follow-up. Your job is to turn the U.S. campus opportunity into real, repeating revenue.
What You'll Do
1. Own the Vertical
- Build and run the U.S. campus go-to-market plan across business parks, universities, medical campuses, government spaces, and senior living campuses.
- Identify the right segments to lead with, define ICP, and set quarterly priorities.
- Bring back signals from the field so we can sharpen the product and our pitch.
2. Open and Close Conversations
- Prospect into U.S. campus operators, facility heads, transport managers, and procurement teams.
- Run discovery, demos, and pricing conversations end to end over video and phone.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and own the relationship through onboarding.
- Manage CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Salesforce) so the pipeline always tells the truth.
3. Travel When It Matters
- Occasional travel to the U.S. for key client meetings, industry events, and on-site demos.
- Represent TrackMyShuttle at relevant U.S. campus, education, healthcare, and government conferences.
- Build a network of campus operators who see you as their go-to person on shuttle operations.
4. Build the Foundation for a Team
- Document the playbook so it can be repeated.
- Set the standard for how we work with campus clients.
- Mentor and build a small team as the vertical grows.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of B2B sales / business development experience, with at least 3 years selling into U.S. campus, education, healthcare, government, or corporate-park accounts.
- Proven track record closing full-cycle deals end to end with U.S. customers.
- Comfort working U.S. business hours from India.
- Strong listener. Better questions than answers.
- CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce) and clean forecasting habits.
- Open to occasional travel to the U.S. for key events and meetings.
- Bonus: existing relationships with U.S. campus, education, healthcare, government, or senior living buyers.

Required
- 8–12 years of B2B sales / business development experience

- Proven full-cycle closer (prospect, pitch, negotiate, close)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce) with accurate forecasting
