We are seeking a Salesperson (Hospitality) (Remote) for a full-time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners. You will promote and sell H-2B visa workforce solutions and to drive growth within the hospitality and tourism industry. You will drive new business to hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality groups, franchises and other seasonal tourism companies. You should have deep industry credibility, an established hospitality network, and firsthand knowledge of the operational and workforce challenges and seasonal labor shortages faced by hospitality employers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business within the hospitality and tourism industries.
  • Utilize existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, and franchise leadership (Owners, GMs, HR, Operations, and Finance) to generate and close new business.
  • Use relationship-based selling to identify, pursue, and convert new hospitality accounts.
  • Attend and represent company at hospitality and tourism industry events, conferences, trades shows and networking events.
  • Sell customized H-2B visa workforce solutions aligned to their seasonal cycles, peak demand periods, and long-term staffing needs.
  • Partner with internal operations, recruiting, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high ongoing satisfaction.
  • Be a trusted industry advisor by educating clients on workforce planning, compliance, and best practices related to the H-2B program.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline for activity, forecasts, and client documentation in the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Strong experience in hospitality operations, HR, workforce management focused sales.
  • Experience selling into hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups, resorts or franchises.
  • Network of hospitality decision makers and influencers.
  • Working knowledge of seasonal staffing challenges, labor cost pressures, and workforce planning within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong in-market presence with the ability to meet clients in person and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Familiar with hospitality trade associations, conferences, and regional tourism markets.
  • Experience in H2B, immigration, staffing or workforce solutions is a plus.
  • Experience working with multi-location or high-volume hospitality companies is a plus.
  • Excellent consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a field-based sales role.
