We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a full-time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in Irvine, California. This is an onsite role that will require you to be onsite every day.


They are a high-growth technology company that is small but expanding rapidly, and they need a proactive, detail-driven Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO as they shape the future of their growing technology company.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage complex scheduling, orchestrate key meetings, and streamline email workflows for the CEO. You will also remove operational roadblocks so the CEO can invest energy in transformative goals.
  • Help with logistics by tackling intricate itineraries, major conferences, and high-impact events, while still being able to pivot whenever plans shift.
  • Keep everyone on track by anticipating needs, spotting potential roadblocks, providing essential documents and reminders proactively, and being the teams force multiplier by staying two steps ahead.
  • Elevate operations by championing new tools and smarter workflows that save time and reduce headaches for the entire leadership team.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and reinforce trust across the organization.
  • Own Special Projects for the CEO. You will conduct research, craft presentations, and dig into data that will influence strategic decisions. You'll serve as a key advisor and offer insights that can directly shape the company's direction.
  • Collaborate cross functionally and work hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff, Engineering, Finance, and Sales leaders on pivotal projects. Have proactive coordination that will accelerate decision-making and ensure seamless communication across teams.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior/managing partners in high-performance and high growth settings.
  • Must be forward thinking, calm under pressure, a great communicator, strong at building relationships internally and externally and tech savvy.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with the CEO and team.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
