Mammography Technologists - up to $10K Sign On

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Mammography Technologists to join our team at multiple locations across Florida. The ideal candidate will be a certified Mammography Tech with expertise in both screening and diagnostic mammography. This role requires the ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Provide compassionate care and education to patients throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate results.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography (or equivalent).
• State licensure (as applicable).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in screening and diagnostic mammography.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload efficiently and maintain a high standard of care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
