Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard content creators / KOLs on social media to drive product awareness and sales conversion.
  • Conduct outreach, manage relationships, and coordinate creator collaborations and content delivery.
  • Execute and optimize creator-led and social media campaigns aligned with sales targets.
  • Video editing, posting, and community engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Support online store management.
  • Assist in campaign planning, brainstorming, and other marketing/sales initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication or related fields.
  • Strong interest in social media, KOL marketing, and online sales.
  • Confident in communication and outreach with creators and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with short-form content trends.
  • Basic skills in video editing tools.
  • Data-driven with understanding of social media metrics and conversion tracking.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in English & Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Team player with strong willingness to learn.
