Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a passionate and strategic TGR Brand Professional to help elevate the Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) brand in the PH market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in brand planning, launching motorsportsevents, executing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Motorsports Events Management

  • Leads in planning and organizing various TGR motorsports events.
  • Direct race management agencies for smooth event execution.
  • Develop fan engagement and racer interaction programs to build & grow the racing community.
  • Support the building and management of TGRs racing team.
  • Advocate for the growth and expansion of motorsports in the Philippines.
  • Participate in race car development or conversion projects, as needed.

Brand Planning & Strategy

  • Conduct research on brand perception, product performance, market trends, and customer preferences for TGR products and events.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans for TGR product lines and motorsports events.
  • Present plans and strategies to internal stakeholders.

Brand & Marketing Communications

  • Lead internal committees to craft comprehensive communications plans aligned with TGR objectives.
  • Partner with creative and media agencies to implement communication plans.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with TGR brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Oversee and manage TGRs digital presence (social media, website, etc.) and showroom branding.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets; ensure financial discipline.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables in projects and campaigns.

Our Perfect Match

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in cars and/or motorsports is a must.
  • Experience in brand planning, marketing strategy, or product marketing.
  • Proven event planning or project management experience, ideally with motorsports or experiential events.
  • Ability in communications strategy development and execution.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Budget oversight and financial monitoring experience.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in traditional and digital media types.
  • Has excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Project Management skills are a must.
