Role Overview
The Lexus Brand & Communications Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing promotional campaigns to increase sales, boost brand awareness, and drive customer engagement for the Lexus brand. This role requires close collaboration with Brand Management, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders, as well as the ability to monitor market trends and competitor activities. The Brand & Communications Associate will manage budgets, create promotional materials, and track campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotions Planning: Develop and implement monthly sales promotions, creatives, and media plans tailored to the luxury automotive segment.
- Dealer Support: Prepare dealer collaterals, process dealer claims, and provide support for dealer events and showroom activities.
- Brand Novelty Management: Oversee inventory and distribution of brand novelty items.
- Referral Program: Manage and enhance the Lexus referral program.
- Event Support: Organize and support roadshows, dealer displays, and other promotional activities.
- Showroom Guidelines: Develop and update dealer showroom guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Market Monitoring: Track competitor promotions, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and luxury market networks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in running marketing/communications campaigns and organizing events.
- Strong writing skills (sample works required).
- Exposure to luxury lifestyle activities/industries (e.g., golf, tennis, culinary, etc.) is ideal.
- Existing network within the luxury market is a plus.
