About the job Franchise Development Officer
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Franchise Development Officer to join our Dealer Development Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Franchise Development Officer is a member of the Network Planning & Franchise Development Group that is responsible for ensuring compliance and creating franchise policies, market study, conceptualization and business development of franchise.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, presentation, market research and market analysis.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Creation and Improvement of Franchise-related policies
- Establish Market Representation Roadmap
- Manage dealer franchise agreement
- Development of Dealer Facility Concepts
- Site Selection of Appointed Areas
- Evaluate Dealer Site Proposals
- Evaluate Dealer Franchise Owner Applicants
- Conduct market research of Toyota expansion
- Oversee project management activities and conduct feasibility assessments for proposed dealership expansion initiatives.
- Develop & conceptualize dealer facility standards to improve dealer operations
- Formulate and implement mid- and long-term expansions for the dealer network
- Plan and execute dealer expansion, relocation and or renovation projects
- Audit dealer operations to ensure compliance with Toyota facility standards, agreements, and franchise policies

- You have a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration major in Operations Management
- You are willing to travel on official business trips whenever needed.
- Knowledge in corporate law is an advantage.
- You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- You can identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between one's area and other areas, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.
- You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- You can present ideas effectively and deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
- You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time
