Assembly Production Support Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Assembly Production Support Engineer to join our Production 3 Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Assembly Production Support Engineer is a member of the Assembly Engineering Team that spearhead study and initiates proposal of multi-million projects that are beneficial to the manufacturing plant.

In this role, you are expected to be the key-person in the total project management of CAPEX that is valuable to the whole plant in daily operations.

Your role and responsibilities:

⦁ Research and implement new and innovative technology that can help plant operations achieve KPIs.

⦁ Oversees whole project development from conceptualization to commissioning.

⦁ Prepares technical evaluation of quotations provided by suppliers.

⦁ Provides feasibility study for CAPEX projects

⦁ Coordinates with Region Head and affiliates for all plant operations.

⦁ Furnishes bidding documents for suppliers.

⦁ Collaborate, plan and implement activities that are advantageous to sustain plant operations efficiency.

⦁ Determine solutions to reported quality defects in the operations.

Qualifications:

⦁ You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Automation Engineering.

⦁ You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.

⦁ You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

⦁ You are capable of monitoring the results of delegations, assignments or projects, considering the skills, knowledge and experience of the assigned individual and the characteristics of the assignment or project.

⦁ You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.

⦁ You are capable of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

Skills required:

⦁ Proficient in MS 365, SAP

⦁ Experience in Project Management and Engineering is an advantage.

⦁ 1-2 years experience in auto industry
