Brand Management Associate

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Brand Management Professional to join our Marketing Services Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Brand Management Professional is expected to handle brand planning and strategy, brand and marketing communications, project and campaigns management, and events management. 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Brand Planning and Strategy

• Conducts brand and product research to inform strategic decisions
• Develops marketing strategies for assigned brand and events, creating impactful campaigns.
• Presents plans and strategies clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Brand and Marketing Communications

• Leads the committee in creating comprehensive communication plans.
• Works with agencies to execute the communications plan and ensure its success.
• Ensures all communications adhere to TMP brand guidelines.

Project and Campaigns Management

• Evaluates campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manages and monitors budget utilization.
• Ensures the timely delivery of all project and campaign deliverables.

Events Management

• Translates brand strategy to activations.
• Handles event launch.

Our Perfect Match

• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Management/Advertising, Communications.
• You have experience with events management and are ready to plan and execute successful events.
• You have a basic knowledge of car development and its processes and are eager to learn and grow in this area.
• You have a strong foundation in marketing and advertising and are eager to contribute to brand visibility and growth.
• You have the ability to think creatively and apply strategic and creative communications to deliver innovative campaigns.
• You have a solid understanding of brand analysis and development and are excited to help refine and strengthen brand positioning.
• You have presentation skills and are ready to engage and persuade key stakeholders with your ideas.
