Production Line Team Member

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Production Line Team Members to join our Production Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Production Line Team Member is part of the Production Department that is responsible for performing Standardized Work and Kaizen in the line.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Assemble automotive parts and components according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet Toyotas standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Our perfect match:

• You have Diploma or certificate of completion in Automotive Servicing, Welding Technology, Shielded Metal Arc Welding
• You can identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and uphold safety standards.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line work is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime.
