Parts Dealer Kaizen Professional

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Dealer Parts Kaizen Professional to join our Parts Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Dealer Parts Kaizen Promoter is a member of the Dealer Operations Performance & Kaizen Group that is responsible for analyzing dealer parts KPI and assisting all dealer parts related concerns.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in analysis and problem solving.

Your role and responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will be the contact person for dealer parts concerns
• Responsible for dealer performance evaluation and KPI analysis 
• Parts sales analysis and inventory management monitoring

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing or Economics
• Experience in managing dealer or franchise operations, and customer service is a plus
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You can assimilate and apply new job-related information in a timely manner.
• You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
• You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
• You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.

Skills required:

• Data analysis (sales and operations performance).
• Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
• MS Office (Intermediate level in PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience in M365 Power Platforms is an advantage.
