Facilities Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our Plant & Facility Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring the facilities of the company to ensure the quality, efficiency, and safety of our operations. The selected candidate will also be responsible for coordinating improvement activities for the operations and facility equipment.

In this role, you are expected to review and monitor the facility's operations, budget, and projects.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Facility operations and equipment monitoring.
• Facility of inspection and audit.
• Process Kaizen / Improvement proposals.
• Responsible for mechanical design layouts
• Implementation and monitoring of improvement activities
• Budget management and monitoring for projects and operations.
• Preparation of Annual activity plans.
• Preparation of progress and KPI reports.

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have the dedication in handling customer concerns.
• Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills and management skills.
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
• You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
