About the job Dealer Operations & Marketing Staff
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Dealer Operations & Marketing Staff to join our Value Chain Department based in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.
As part of the Dealer Operations & Marketing Team, you will support dealer operations and marketing initiatives to improve value chain performance. Your responsibilities will include monitoring dealer performance, implementing marketing and promotional strategies, conducting regular dealer visits, and managing dealer profitability.
This role requires expertise in planning, project management, data analysis, and reporting.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor performance at the genba (actual place of work) and implement problem analysis and countermeasures
- Monitor dealer profitability and ensure on-time settlement of dealer and supplier receivables
- Roll out value chain projects in respective dealers and conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous improvement
- Create and manage dealer evaluation criteria and performance metrics
- Create reports for both dealer and TMP management
- Escalate issues to dealer and TMP management as necessary
- Handle concerns raised by dealers and supplier partners
- Perform duties as a dealer field officer
- Initiate and implement marketing and promotional activities to support dealers value chain performance
- Conduct regular training programs, assemblies, and events for dealers
Our perfect match:
- You are a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration major in Business Management or Operations Management
- Knowledge in the used car business is an advantage.
- You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- You are capable of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
- You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
Skills required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent presentation skills
- Having a valid driver's license is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
