Safety Officer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Safety Officer to join our Safety and Health Team. The selected candidate must be willing to be assigned in either Makati or Sta. Rosa. 

The Safety Officer will join our Safety and Health team that handles occupational safety & health training and promotion, evaluates company compliance with OSH standards and policies (local and regional), performs internal audit of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) activities, and conducts work risk assessment, accident investigation, countermeasure monitoring and reporting.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal safety and health audit.
• Implement and monitor Safety Training and Safety Programs.
• Prepare reports, manuals, policies, and safety investigation.
• Conduct site and event safety evaluation and risk assessment.
• Act as secretary of the TCESH committee and submit OSH report to regional office.
• Ensures that suitable first aid facilities and trained people are available at all places of work.
• Investigates and submits the report for safety related incidents and dangerous occurrences.

Our Perfect Match:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or mechanical engineering.
• The position is open for fresh graduates who are interested in having a career in safety.
• Familiar with OSH standards of the Philippines, Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, applicable Engineering Codes, and other Government and International OSH Issuances in both Manufacturing and Construction Industry.
• Familiarity with motorsport safety standards is an advantage.
• Must have a driver's license and actual driving experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage.
• Must be flexible in work assignment location.
