About the role

Toyota Motor Philippines Foundation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Staff / Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. As the Admin Staff / Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting and administrative functions of the foundation, contributing to the overall objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • General accounting functions, including financial record-keeping, auditing, and compliance
  • Placement and management of investments
  • Preparation and monitoring of budget report
  • Preparation of high-level financial reports for EXCOM and Board of Directors meetings
  • Ensuring financial transparency and adherence to internal controls

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Passion for social work and community engagementsomeone who is not only efficient in administrative tasks but also has the drive to contribute to meaningful programs that uplift communities
  • Experience in handling CSR programs or working with NGOs is an advantage
  • Empathy and a strong sense of social responsibility, with a willingness to engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
