Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Facilities Operations Engineer to join our Plant & Facility Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The Facilities Operations Engineer is a member of the Building and Grounds Maintenance Team that ensures structural integrity and safety compliance of construction projects.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management and supervision from project planning to handover.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Facilitate company-wide construction projects.
- Regular building inspection to identify any structural issues or malfunctions within the building systems
- Prepare and review PM requirements / frequency
- Progress Report
- Improve Standards
- Study and propose project improvements of Facilities Operations, Equipment and Cost Kaizen.

- You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
- You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
- You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

- You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
Skills required:
- Knowledgeable in MS 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Office, Forms, Outlook, Presentations)
- Knowledgeable in technical software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
- High analytical skills.
- Background in building administration is an advantage
