Safety Officer - Safety & Health

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Safety Officer to join our Safety and Health Team who will be assigned to either Batangas City or Makati City. Trainings will be conducted at Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Safety Officer will join our Safety and Health team that handles occupational safety & health training and promotion, evaluates company compliance to OSH standards and policies (local and regional), performs internal audit of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) activities, and conducts work risk assessment, accident investigation, countermeasure monitoring and reporting.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conduct internal safety and health audit.
• Implement and monitor Safety Training and Safety Programs.
• Prepare reports, manuals, policies, and safety investigation.
• Conduct site and event safety evaluation and risk assessment.
• Act as secretary of the TCESH committee and submit OSH report to regional office.

Our perfect match:

• Must have a bachelors degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least a Safety Officer II - completed BOSH & COSH, First Aid, ACLS/BLS, and other OHS related trainings.
• Familiar with OSH standards of the Philippines, Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, applicable Engineering Codes, and other Government and International OSH Issuances in both Manufacturing and Construction Industry.
• Must be familiar with motorsport safety standards.
• Must have a driver's license and actual driving experience.
  
• Must have a valid NBI clearance.
• Experience as Lead Auditor ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience in Manufacturing Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City and to attend trainings in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
