On-the-Job Training Program (2025)

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is inviting students to be part of our On-the-Job-Training program.

In this program, students will have an opportunity to be trained by our Team Members, sharing Toyotas values, business practices, strategies, and culture.

The students will also be immersed in Toyota operations and business processes, giving them a unique Toyota training experience.

Our perfect match:

• Student under Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and Human Resource Management.
• With active Memorandum of Agreement with the school.
• Minimum of 300 hours OJT requirement.

Skills required:

• Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized & detail oriented.
• Students will be screened and evaluated based on their digital literacy, creativity, critical thinking, analysis, communication skills.
