Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Area Operations Staff to join our Sales Distribution Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Area Operations Staff is a member of the Area Operations 3 Team that is responsible for ensuring sales operations KPIs are met through timely sales planning, vehicle allocation and dealer support in ensuring achievement of target KPIs.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in market assessment, dealer sales performance, supply and demand analysis, and daily sales monitoring.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Continuously transform sales operations to align TMP targets with Dealer achievements
  • Establish and propose programs to improve sales performance for continuous process
  • Identify and implement Jishuken activities to level-up the Dealer's performances
  • Assess dealer activities to identify sales and process issues, and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Identify root causes of sales gaps and internal process issues through data and on-ground assessment.
  • Recommend and drive improvement initiatives to enhance dealer performance and process efficiency.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing and other business related

  • Background or strong interest in sales planning, market research, forecasting operations, data management, and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of planning, coordination, and project management, with the ability to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel across the country
  • Preferably with Driver's License
  • You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
  • You are capable of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
  • You are capable of setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within it.
  • You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Skills required:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skill
  • Able to perform statistical (QC tools) and logical analysis
  • Can use Microsoft 365 Office tools (Power BI is an advantage)
