Production Support Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is looking for Production Support Engineer to join our Production Department based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.

The Production Support Engineer is a member of the Assembly Engineering Section Team that is responsible for collaboration on planning and implementing activities to sustain production efficiency and implementing new and innovative technology that can help manufacturing production to achieve their target KPI.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in Project Management, Electrical, Electronics and Automation Works.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Handles total project management of Capital Expenses (CAPEX) that will help production manufacturing on daily work
• Collaborate, plan and implement activities to sustain production efficiency
• Solve problems on manufacturing machines and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders regarding project design, specifications, and installation
• Oversees whole project development from conceptualization to commissioning
• Calculates and analyzes investment, budget, and Return of Investment
• Assist production maintenance on solving problems on machine breakdowns and machine production maintenance planning
• Coordinates with Toyota Thailand and Japan for production matters

Our perfect match:

• You are a graduate of BS Mechatronics Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Electronics Engineer
• Registered Electrical Engineer or Electronics Engineer is an advantage
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
