Market Research Associate

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Market Research Associate to join our Sales Planning and Administration Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Market Research Associate is a member of the Market Research & Allocation Group that is responsible of Demand and Supply Operations of Toyota & Lexus models in the Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning and forecasting.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Market research and analysis.
• Ensure alignment between market demand and production capabilities.
• Responsible for creation of Short and Long-term Demand forecast to meet overall sales and profitability objectives.
• Responsible in supply planning (Distribution of supply across Toyota Dealers Nationwide).
• In charge in Executive reports on Sales and Business plan.
• Formulation of allocation plan for distribution across Toyota Dealers nationwide.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You are capable of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
• You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.

• Good forecasting skills
• Knowledge in data analytics
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• MS Office (Intermediate level in PowerPoint and Excel)
