Senior Financial Analyst

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a key role in driving dealer profitability, expansion feasibility, and strategic financial decision-making.

This position requires a professional who can operate independently, handle complex financial analysis, and engage with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyzing, Reporting & Supporting Dealer Profitability

• Analyze monthly dealer financials (profitability, breakeven volume, cash flow, credit standing & financial position)
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Monitor dealer receivables and financial health
• Produce regular KPI reports with actionable insights to support decision-making
• Ensure accuracy of financial data through reconciliation and strong financial controls

2. Expansion & Feasibility Studies

• Evaluate new dealerships, service center, and other new facilities
• Develop financial models and capital budgeting tools
• Conduct profitability assessments and scenario analysis

3. Risk & Governance

• Participate in risk management and tax impact assessments
• Check & standardize dealer accounting practices for consistent reporting

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Support automation of reports by building Power BI dashboards and financial reports
• Drive Kaizen initiatives to improve finance operations
• Train and support new dealers on reporting and financial processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy, mitigate risks, and implement best practices

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Management Accounting
• Has 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or business analysis
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting
• CPA license is an advantage, but not required
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
