Project Management Professional

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Project Management Professional to join our Information Systems Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

A Project Management Professional is a member of the Project Management Section that is responsible for analyzing, studying, and implementing new system solutions. You will be monitoring current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal of improving overall business efficiency.

In this role, you will provide support to team members by analyzing user requirements and translating it to technical documentation for system design. 

Your role and responsibilities:

• New System Project Management.
• Identify new system requirements.
• Systems testing and trouble shooting.
• Systems training.
• Communication and coordination with stakeholders regarding user requirements.

Our perfect match:

• Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Engineering.
• Preferably with experience in programming, software development with Microsoft developer program.
• Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills and technical writing skills.
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values.
• You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
• You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

• Familiar with C#, .NET, MS-SQL, Visual Studio.
• Systems analysis and business analysis.

• Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
• High analytical skills.
