About the job Field Sales Officer
Toyota Mobility Solutions is looking for Mobility Sales Officers to join our sales and marketing team in Metro Manila.
A Mobility Sales Officer promotes the company's mobility products and services through excellent customer service and engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
You will be deployed to do field work to strategically source for potential customers and business entities to present the company and its products and services.
Closing deals and managing accounts are also part of your function as a Mobility Sales Officer.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Field work to source for potential clients (MSMEs) and manage existing accounts.
- Present the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Close deals and manage accounts, ensuring quality customer service.
- Accommodate customers and address inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and accounts.
- Recommend products and services that best fits the needs of customers.
- Promote the company's products and services.

- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
- You have work experience related to sales and marketing of products and services.
- You are willing to be deployed to do field work.
- You can multitask and coordinate with different personalities.
- You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
- You have a good understanding of the market and customers; you can pick up customer needs, market trends and provide product knowledge quickly.
- You use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects and client.
- You can effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You can deal with ambiguity, objection handling.
Skills required:
- Excellent sales and customer relation skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- At least non professional drivers license and minimum of 1 year driving experience.
- Good English written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
