Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for per-diem shifts. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Ensure residents' comfort and safety by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse promptly.

Requirements:

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
