Sales Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on selling our e-commerce website (SaaS) to potential clients and promoting the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in foodpanda/cheetay or etc
Responsibilities:
- Your role will involve captivating Lahore-based restaurants through compelling presentations, showcasing the benefits and features.
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned market segment or territory.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through proactive prospecting, cold visits, and networking activities.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
