Salary: $900 -$1100 USD
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm Pacific Time
Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
