Position: HR Payroll and Support (Dutch)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistance
  • Ensure all contract-related matters are organized
  • Support new employees during their onboarding process
  • Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits
  • Continuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance
  • Serve as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payroll
  • Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal, as well as good level of English
  • Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance issues related to payroll
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to address payroll and HR-related issues
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
