Role: Content Moderator with Dutch

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Work model: on-site

Employment type: full time or part time (weekend shifts).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
• Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
• Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
• Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English
• Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
• Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends. Option of part time employment is also avaialble for this role.
