DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify and pursue new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, securing high-value deals and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, closing high-value deals and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
    • Research and target clients across various sectors, converting prospects into long-term relationships.
    • Represent the company at industry events, building a professional network with key decision-makers.
    • Deliver presentations to effectively communicate the companys value proposition.
    • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), driving performance and aligning with company goals.
    • Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes within the FX industry to provide insights for refining sales strategies and uncovering new opportunities.
    • Track and report on sales activities using CRM tools, providing regular performance updates.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
      • Proven experience of direct sales experience in the FX industry, with a focus on institutional clients and liquidity solutions.
      • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the FX industry, with a track record of closing large deals and exceeding targets.
      • Solid understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
      • Experience leading and managing a team of BDMs, driving team performance, and mentoring junior sales staff.
      • Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms) and IB relationships within the FX market.
      • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
      • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
