Position: Chat Customer Support Representative (Slovak)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication via incoming emails, tickets, and chat with customers in order to solve their issues related to the products
  • Customer Order Management
  • Secure and deepen client retention, contribute to excellent customer support
  • Secure that all complaints are being recognized, recorded confirmed, and solved effectively
  • Adhere to given processes and procedures
  • Update the database of customers and document activities
  • Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • C1 written and verbal communication skills in Slovak (Croatian or Slovenian will be an advantage)
      • B2 English
      • Preferable college degree or related work experience
      • Good MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized
      • Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies will be an advantage

          BENEFITS:

          • Schedule: full time, Monday-Sunday 24/7 (for now, we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM - 6 PM; 3.30 PM - 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 short breaks
          • First three salaries extended with a signing bonus of 250 EUR
          • Performance bonus up to 150 EUR gross monthly in addition to the regular salary
