DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee banking operations to ensure smooth account management and transaction execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, payment solutions, and service providers.
  • Manage the opening and ongoing administration of bank accounts.
  • Ensure proper management of banking documentation, including compliance with KYC and due diligence processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal company policies.
  • Stay updated on banking trends, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the finance team on key banking initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on financial documentation and reporting procedures.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new banking opportunities and solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and financial institutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Hebrew (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience in a managerial role within banking or a related sector.
  • Strong network and relationships within the banking industry.
  • Proven experience in opening and managing new bank accounts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking processes, payment solutions, and financial regulations.
  • Experience managing KYC, due diligence, and compliance procedures.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
