We are seeking a highly motivated French-speaking FX Trainee Conversion Specialist with strong sales experience to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and

  loyalty.

• Utilize sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume.

• Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent French speaker (both written and spoken).

• Proven sales experience (FX, finance, or any sales-driven industry preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in Forex or financial markets is a plus but not mandatory.
