Position: Customer Support Representative with Dutch
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Employment contract
Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with customers via live chat and email, providing timely and professional support
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude at all times
- Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently
- Stay up to date on product terms, offers, and features to support customers effectively
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Conduct initial investigations to assist in resolving customer concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration
- Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
- Solid computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in online customer support will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis (MondayFriday): 09 AM 06 PM, 01 PM 10 PM, 04 PM 01 AM. 40 hours work per week.
