Renumeration: Base salary + performance bonus.

In this role, you will partner with high-potential businesses to drive product adoption, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities for long-term growth. This position is ideal for a proactive and strategic professional who thrives in a tech-focused environment and excels at guiding clients through digital marketing success.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboard a portfolio of new clients and act as a trusted advisor while developing high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services.
  • Identify customer objectives and present tailored solutions that match their needs.
  • Build strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for both immediate impact and sustained performance.
  • Increase campaign spend and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer data within the CRM system.
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients through daily phone outreach.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with advanced studies in Marketing or Communications considered a plus.
    • C2 Danish and C1 English language proficiency, with additional Nordic languages considered an advantage.
    • At least 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing or high-stakes environments.
    • Ability to work independently while meeting goals with limited supervision.
    • Experience managing customer data and using CRM tools to support sales processes.
    • Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and outreach strategies.
    • Clear and effective communication skills across a variety of audiences.
    • Comfortable presenting, writing professional content, and collaborating in team settings.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative.
    • Ability to analyse competitors, understand market trends, and support strategic planning.
    • Understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and stakeholder complexity.
