Hotline Customer Service Officer (5 Days No Shift) (Insurance)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and internal stakeholders in professional manners
• Responsible for life insurance products enquiries
• Arrange follow up calls with customers
• Handle customers' complaints and inquiries
• Record call information in company system
• Perform ad-hoc task assigned by supervisors
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:45

Requirements:

• IIQE 1,3,5 licenses are required
• HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above;
• Professional customer service techniques
• Native in Cantonese, good spoken and written English and Mandarin
• PC and Chinese word processing skills
• Great interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities
• Candidates with good CS experience would be considered as Senior Officer
