Teacher Quality Assurance Officer (TQA) holds a vital role in daily and periodical operation of Teacher Management Department (TMD). We are seeking proactive and professional candidates to perform responsibilities in maintaining the standard of teaching activities. This position will help teachers professionalize and advance his/her teaching careers which contributes to enhancement of one of the most high-standard learning platforms in Vietnam.
Accountabilities - Primary responsibilities
TQA is in charge of conducting below responsibilities as following department requirements, plan and KPIs:
1. Quality assurance
● Observe online class directly or via records as scheduled or when needed;
● Support resolving emergency issues in classes when needed;
● Coordinate with the Teacher in accessing suitable teaching resources; methodology,
etc.
● Conduct necessary training to Teacher when needed;
● Coordinate to reconcile conflicts; complains between Teacher and Students;
● Follow up with Teacher on completing class feedbacks and reports;
● Check and approve teaching hours on time;
● Assign and record office tasks to teacher properly and effectively;
2. Process, policies and regulation
● Follow all working procedures, policies, rules and regulations of TM Department;
● Support team member in handling request and concerns from Teacher;
● Support to check, monitor, remind and guide Teacher and subordinates (if any) to follow
the rules and regulations;
● Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
● Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TM operation in right standard; Confidential
● Update and make necessary reports;
3. Other
● Other assigned tasks required by Line manager.
Skills, Languages, Experience & behaviours
● At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relating majors;
● At least 1-3 years experience in teaching;
● English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalent to C1 in CEFR Level or
upwards;
● Candidate with former experience in academic operation is an advantage;
● Teaching Certificate ( TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is an advantage;
● Have good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication;
● Computer literacy – MS Office; G-suit; CRM system,etc;
● Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
● Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy
