We are looking for a customer service professional to join our team in Tokyo, Japan, reporting to the team leader of the Operations team. You will be responsible for import customer service and operations.

What will you do?
You will be accountable for ensuring the coordination and management of all aspects of import operations from creation/receipt of the orders in the internal management system through to the delivery to the final destination.
Maintaining a high level of customer and Export Handling Office (EHO) satisfaction through the effective use of the internal management system and operational IT systems and support tools.
To control, monitor, and utilize the shipping orders at optimum levels of cost and efficiency, ensuring customer requirements are met at all times.
Develop effective relationships with customers, service providers, and other offices and agents to meet the customers' needs.
