Associate Attorney - Advertising Marketing & Promotions - Senior

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, one of Fortunes Best Places to Work, is seeking an experienced Advertising Marketing & Promotions Associate or Counsel with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in various areas of advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions, such as drafting and negotiating ad agency, influencer celebrity endorsements, sponsorship, online media buying, and other marketing and promotion agreements.
• Reviewing ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, IP, and right of public issues.
• Counseling on contest and sweepstakes compliance, price advertising and recurring subscription programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a group
• Industries ranging from startups to top Fortune 500 in retail, entertainment, gaming, software, internet, food and beverage.
