Associate Attorney - Antitrust

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in antitrust principles and civil litigation. This position involves working closely with the firms Antitrust partners on a variety of matters, including:

• Handling antitrust litigation, from case strategy to trial preparation.
• Advising clients on merger review and compliance with federal antitrust regulations.
• Representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions.
• Providing counseling on antitrust issues across a range of industries.

Requirements:

• Antitrust Expertise: At least 3 years of significant experience in antitrust law, including litigation, merger review, and regulatory compliance.
• Litigation Skills: Strong civil litigation experience is required.

• Credentials: D.C. Bar membership preferred.
