Associate Attorney - Real Estate Investment & Development

A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join their award-winning real estate investment and development practice in Chicago. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters within a collaborative and dynamic national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing: Represent clients in drafting and negotiating complex lease agreements.

• Property Transactions: Advise on the acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment of commercial real estate assets.

• Financing & Investment: Structure and negotiate real estate financing, including loan agreements and investment structures.

• Joint Ventures: Draft and negotiate agreements for real estate joint ventures.

• Development Projects: Provide strategic legal counsel for real estate development and redevelopment initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years practicing real estate law, with expertise in one or more of the key responsibilities listed above.
