Attorney - Emerging Companies & Venture Capital

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a senior associate to join their Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group. This dynamic practice represents innovative companies and their founders throughout their business lifecycle, including formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as the funds that invest in them. Their diverse clientele ranges from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology leaders!

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various stages of their business lifecycle, including formation, financing, and M&A.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to manage relationships effectively.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to innovative companies and investment funds.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a large firm.
• Stellar academic credentials and strong references.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
