Job Highlights:
You will identify, negotiate, and close $250k+ ARR deals with $2B accounts in the Enterprise space, with an even split between current customers and new logos.s
You will work with CMOs, CTOs, and COOs of growing brands to build solutions that allow them to connect with customers better than ever before by unifying their Customer Experience and replacing their 10+ disconnected point solutions with a single Unified Front Office Solution.
Candidates should want to work for a $800M market disruptor in the CX and Contact Center space that is growing more than 20% year-over-year and went public in 2021.
20-25 accounts with happy current customers and great new logo opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
- Top 10% of salespeople in current company/division with a strong track record of over-quota performance and Club attainments
- Successful at industry disruptors! Ideal background would be from Contact Center or Customer Experience SaaS platforms (CX/CCaaS) or Conversational AI leaders
- Platform selling experience (not point solution) with strong account management and prospecting process with demonstrable sales methodology adherence (MEDDPICC a deciding plus)
- Traits = Energetic, committed, coachable, growth mindset, hunter, fearless, flexible, teammate, positive
- 12-20 years selling 6-7 figure ARR deals to lines of business applicable to the CX, MarTech, HR Tech, FinTech, ERP, or CCaaS space
ideal candidate will have at least one 3-4 year stretch in past 8 years and comfortable handling current customers with 7-figure run rate with 10 current accounts and 10-15 net-new. The logos on all three roles are tremendous, and these are the most substantial territories in their respective regions.
