Our Client is a rapidly expanding third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in warehousing, distribution, transportation, LTL/TL, and integrated logistics solutions.
Role Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, expand storage and fulfillment services, and deliver profitable revenue growth across their asset based truck division. This role is well suited for a high-performing sales professional with a strong industry network in logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- 4–10+ years of sales or business development experience in brokerage sales, 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics services
- Established network of prospective customers and broker relationships (strong advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up and close long-term contracts
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable operational solutions
- Strong financial acumen, margins, and profitability
- High level of autonomy, discipline, and self-motivation
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with operations, billing, and leadership teams
